  1. More than 180 days has passed since the seller company entered administration
  2. Statement of affairs indicates insufficient assets and funds to recover MarketFinance's position

Net returns per year are calculated on invested funds and defined as: (Earnings - Crystallised Losses / Invested funds) in a calendar year.

Total returns per year are calculated on total funds and defined as: (Earnings - Crystallised Losses / Total funds) in a calendar year.

For calculation of returns and loss ratios, crystallised losses are attributed to the origination year when the loss is crystallised.
